As many of you are aware, New York Governor David Paterson is proposing an unprecedented additional $287 million in state share Medicaid cuts which will translate into a further loss of $2 million to the Hebrew Home this year. In a few days the state legislature will be back in session and all indications are that the cuts may be approved.
