The Family Caregiver Resource Center and Social Adult Day Clearinghouse, with business offices in Yonkers, provide a one-stop resource center for information and assistance to family caregivers. In addition, counseling is also provided for long term care in the community setting by providing linkages with social adult day centers and other family health, social and legal service agencies.

Free In-Home assessments and referrals to other agencies in the community are available. In addition, education and support workshops are offered. Scholarship assistance for family caregiver respite under the EISEP and Title III-E programs is available as are Speakers Services, for corporations, faith-based agencies and service clubs.

The Resource Center and Clearinghouse services people in Central Westchester County (Scarsdale, Eastchester, Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Hartsdale, White Plains, Greenburg and the River Towns).

Services are also available at off site locations at the White Plains Library; the Greenberg and Lake Isle Senior Centers and at the Scarsdale Seniors Clubhouse. For further information call us at 914-609-0216.
